1. Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
We are a factory.

2. How long and how can I get quotation from your company ?
We will reply you within two working days if we got the detailed requirement for required parts.
In order to quote you asap ,please provide us the following information together with your enquiry.

1) Detailed drawings ( 2D or 3D drawing) PDF ,JPG,Pro/E ,SolidWorks,UG(IGS,STP,X-T) CAD (DXF , DWG).
2) Materials required.
3) Surface treatment.
4) Quantity (Per order/per month/annual).
5) Any special demands or requirements, such as packaing,labels, delivery etc.

3. Can I get samples for testing ?
We can offer free samples for small parts,but for big and high-value products ,samples will be charged.

4. How about the payment terms ?
For new customers, we prefer to adopt the T/T ,We can accept L/C for regular clients.

5. If I need an urgent delivery ,can you help ?
Of course,we will try to adjust the production schedule to make sure an earlier delivery and meet urgent schedule.

6. How about the transportation ?
You can choose any mode of transportation you need, international express , by sea ,by air …
By international express to global is around 7-10 working days to be reached , for sea shipment is around 15-20 working days to be reached.

7. How about the quality guarantee ?
1 .ISO9001:2015 certified, enforce the ISO system strictly.
2. We make sure 100% inspection from each lot prior to Packaging or shipment.
3. Material certificate, surface treatment certificate , inspection report to attach to each delivery are available.

For over 15 years, Luckymfc has been an established ISO9001, and ISO13485 and AS9100D certified manufacturer of high precision CNC machined components and customized automation equipment . We focus on these two areas as they typically work hand in hand with our ethos of achieving precision and efficiency.

Our boss, Sam Zhang, started as an apprenticed machinist out of college. After working in the industry for five years, he decided to start his shop due to his knack for efficient machining ,stamping , die-casting  practices.

We have gone from a small shop to a shop spanning two locations with over 80 CNC machines, lathes, and several in-house processes, such as laser engraving. Our location puts us in a stone's throw away from high-quality vendors offering a wide range of finishing finishing processes.

To back up our quality, we have 3 CMMs and put a HUGE emphasis on the quality of our products and services.
